Timbuktu - fresh iPad Mag

Timbuktu is a beautifully illustrated children's iPad magazine by Elena Flavilli with art direction by Olimpia Zagnoli. Anyone who loves graphic design will find something to please here ( and your kids will love it too ).

I particularly enjoyed 'An Icy Quest' and the fantastic animal conversations in 'Into the Wild'. I'm really looking forward to future issues and for my daughter to get a little older so that she can enjoy this too. You can download it here

Get Sketching - Boxwave Stylus

Just received my Boxwave Ipad stylus from Amazon.  Fantastic little pen - just the right weight and length.  The tip is very responsive and glides quite smoothly over the screen without much pressure. The matt finish gives a lovely tactile experience although I did remove the headphone socket attachment as it felt cheap. 

 

Currently using the stylus with Notes Plus & SketchBook Pro ( see quick little sketch ).
